Sorry friends, I’m still traveling in the good ol’ US of A. But I want y’all to know that absence does indeed make the heart grow fonder.
(This is my kitty, who I also miss TERRIBLY.)
I love you and think of you each day, even as I struggle to write an outline painstakingly, one letter at a time, on my iPhone in mid-plane ride. Or when I’m jotting down lines of dialogue on the back of a gas receipt. Because hey, sometimes the best ideas happen when you’re in motion, or when you’re deprived of comfort, safety and routine.
And that’s really all I have to say about that.
(Next week: Vegas. There may or may not be pictures, but there will definitely be stories.)

Sounds great. I use my phone often for writing notes, then making sure I email those notes to myself, in case I lose my phone. Paranoid much? Have a terrific adventure!
